The citrus press is suitable for pressing
oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruits.

Safety information
The citrus press must be completely
assembled before use.
Do not attach/remove the citrus press until the
drive is at a standstill and the mains plug has
been pulled out.
Operate the citrus press in the indicated
operating positions only.
Operating the appliance
S Press the release button and move the
swivel arm into the operating position
(Fig. 2).
S Remove the drive cover (Fig. 3).
S Attach the bowl and rotate as far as possible
in a clockwise direction (Fig. 1).
S Insert strainer and pressing cone.
Attention!
Maximum processing quantity in position b
(Fig. 2): approx. 1 kg citrus fruit.
Attention!
The tool drive cover must be attached,
otherwise the appliance will not start (Fig. 4).
Note:
Before the juice reaches the lower edge of the
filter, empty the container and the filter.
S Select setting 2 or 3 with the rotary switch
for pressing fruit and press the fruit on the
pressing cone.
S To extract juice from the moist pulp,
briefly select setting 4 with the rotary switch.
After using the citrus press
S Switch off the appliance with the rotary
switch.
S Remove the strainer, pressing cone and
bowl from the drive.
S Clean the citrus press.
Cleaning and servicing
The citrus press is dishwasherĆsafe. Do not
wedge the citrus press in the dishwasher
as it could warp.
Tip: The citrus press can be cleaned more
thoroughly if the upper edge of the strainer
is removed (Fig. 5).
