3.1 Oven accessories

shelf supports (if applicable).
• Clean the appliance before first use.

2. Press to confirm. This is necessa-
ry only when you first set the time. Af-
terwards, the new time value is saved
automatically after five seconds.

Changing the time of day
You can change the time of day
only if the appliance is off.
Press again and again until the indica-
tor for the time of day flashes in the
display. To set the new time, follow the
procedure given in "Setting the time of
day".
4.3 Preheating
Preheat the empty appliance to burn off
the remaining grease.
1. Set the function and the maximum
temperature.
2. Let the appliance operate for 45 mi-
nutes.
3. Set the function and the maximum
