The following functions belong to this submenu:
5.3 heart rate FunctiOns
The SIGMA ROX 8.0 has 3 heart rate zones. These zones are
calculated automatically when the “user” settings are entered.
The 3 pre-calculated zones are:

Zone 1: 55-70% of max. HR
Recovery training

Zone 2: 70-80% of max. HR
Cardio training
k
Zone 3: 80-100% of max. HR
Performance training
The 3 heart rate zones can be manually adjusted by going to
“Settings/User/HR Zone...”
