Sterile Femtotips / Sterile Femtotips II
1. Aufsaugen durch die Spitze.
2. Eintauchen des basalen Teils (Kapillarwirkung des Filaments).
3. Pipettierung in den Femtotip mit Microloader.
Microloader sind ausgezogene Pipettenspitzen (10 µl), passend
für Eppendorf-Pipetten 0,5 – 10 µl. Sie dienen
nur zum Befüllen
der Femtotips! Man kann damit nicht quantitativ dosieren!
Zur leichteren Handhabung dient der Füllständer.
Man hat dadurch eine Hand frei und kann das flexible Ende
des Microloaders besser in den Femtotip einführen.
Hinweis: Femtotip und Microloader sind Einmalartikel,
da eine Reinigung unmöglich ist!
1. Aspiration through the tip.
2. Immersion of the base (capillary effect of the filament).
3. Pipetting into the Femtotip with Microloader.
Microloaders are finely pulled 10 µl pipette tips matching Eppendorf
0.5 – 10 µl pipettes. They are
only to be used for filling Femtotips!
Quantitative dispensing is not possible!
The filling stand facilitates handling.
The operator’s other hand is free to insert the fllexible end
of the Microloader comfortably into the Femtotip!
Note: Femtotip and Microloader are consumables since
cleaning is not possible!
