Spannkopf:
Die Dichtscheiben und die
beiden O-Ringe mit dem
Entnahme-Werkzeug entfernen
(z. B. O-Ring Set). O-Ringe zwi-
schen Dichtscheiben einsetzen.
Adapter für Femtotips:
O-Ring mit dem Entnahme-
Werkzeug entfernen und neuen
O-Ring einsetzen.
Sicherheitshinweise
– Der Einbau und Wechsel der
Kapillaren muss immer
drucklos erfolgen!
– Kapillaren niemals auf
Personen richten!
– Kapillaren nicht in den Körper
stechen!
– Bei der Montage oder durch
Aufsetzen können Kapillaren
splittern! Augenschutz tragen!
– Für den Umgang mit dem
Kapillarhalter die Bedienungs-
anleitungen der angeschlos-
senen Geräte beachten!
– Zu den verwendeten Kapilla-
ren immer den entsprechen-
den Spannkopf verwenden!
– Vor der Montage der Kapillare
den Spannkopf lösen!

Assembly instructions
1 Loosen the grip head slightly
(min. one revolution)
2 Carefully insert the capillary
(visual check)
3 Set the length and tighten the
grip head
4 If necessary, align the capillary
using the front knurled screw
When using Femtotips
1 Unscrew the grip head
2 Screw in the adapter for
Femtotips
3 Screw the Femtotip into the
adapter
4 If necessary, align the capillary
using the front knurled screw
Changing the O-rings
(e.g. if damaged)
Grip head:
Remove the sealing washers
and the two O-rings using the
removal tool (e.g. O-ring set).
Attach two new O-rings between
the two sealing washers.
Adapter for Femtotips:
Remove the O-ring using the
removal tool and then attach a
new O-ring.
Safety precautions
– The mounting and exchange
of capillaries must be
performed without pressure!
– Do not point capillaries at
persons!
– Do not inject capillaries into
human skin!
– Capillaries can splinter during
assembly or when making
contact with surfaces!
Wear eye protection!
– Refer to the operating manuals
of the devices connected for
information on handling the
capillary holder!
– Always ensure that the correct
grip head is used with the
capillaries!
– Before mounting the capillary,
