Outgoing message: playback / record / delete
Press the menu key.

Select ANSW. SYSTEM and press OK.

Select ANNOUNCEMENT and press OK.

Select RECORD MSGS for the “answer and record-mode“ or
ANSWER ONLY for the “answer-only mode“ and press OK.

Select from the following options and press OK:
PLAY Playback the current outgoing message.
ANNOUNCEMENT Speak your personal outgoing message in the microphone and
press OK to stop recording.
DELETE Your personal outgoing message will be deleted. The standard an-
nouncements can not be deleted.
Listen new messages / deleting single messages
Press the menu key.

Select ANSW. SYSTEM and press OK.
/
Select PLAY and press OK.
The loudspeaker on the handset will be switched on and the play-
back will start. During playback you can adjust the volume using
the keys

Press the menu key during playback, select one of the following opti-
ons using the keys
/
and press OK:
REPEAT
Repeat message.
NEXT
Skip forward to next message.
PREVIOUS
Skip back to previous message.
DELETE
Delete the current message.
