Use only the ancillaries and accessories that
are detailed in the operating instructions. The
use of parts other than those recommended in
the operating instructions, or other accessories,
can put you at risk of injury.

ances, and, with the help of the appropriate
operating instructions, know all about the func-
tions and handling of your electrical appliance,
then you can start working with it. You will
work at your safest only with careful attention
to all of the declarations and instructions of the
manufacturer.

Charging the battery pack
Note: A new battery pack, or one that has not
been in use for an extended period, must be
charged up before the first / renewed usage.
The battery pack attains its full capacity after ca.
3-5 charging cycles.
CAUTION! DANGER OF INJURY! Always
unplug the appliance before you remove / insert
the rechargeable battery pack from / into the
charger.

2. Insert the plug into the power socket. The now
glowing red charging control LED

indicates
the start of the charging process. The red
charging control LED

extinguishes as soon
as the battery pack is fully charged.

is ready for use.

never recharge a battery pack for a second
time immediately after a charging process.
There is a risk of overcharging the rechargea-
ble battery pack and, as a result, reducing the
life span of the rechargeable battery and the
charger.

Switch the battery charger off for at least
15 minutes between two consecutive battery
charging processes. To do this, remove the
power plug.

Applying wax / polish
with the terry bonnet
1. Always use high quality products for waxing.

Follow the working methods given on the
packaging.
2. Apply the wax / polish directly on the working
surface of the terry bonnet

Spread the wax / polish so that it forms a thin,
even, complete coating over the terry bonnet

Note: Too much wax does not necessarily
achieve a better finish and you will have to
spent more time later removing the coating.
