Children and persons with disabilities
Electrical devices do not belong in the hands of children. Persons with mental, physical or sensory
disabilities should also only use electrical devices within the scope of their abilities. Never allow
children or persons with disabilities to use electrical devices unsupervised unless they have been
instructed accordingly or are supervised by a person responsible for their safety. Children should
always be supervised to ensure that they do not play with this device. Small parts can be fatal if
swallowed. Always keep plastic packaging out of reach.
It poses a suffocation risk.
Health risks due to high volume
Take care when using a headset. Listening at high volume for prolonged periods of time can
damage your hearing. Before putting on the headset (A), set the volume to the lowest level.
Operating environment
Never use the hearing amplifier if your environment requires your full attention, for example, when
operating machinery.
Pacemakers and ICDs
The headset (A) produces permanent magnetic fields which can interfere with pacemakers and
implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). Make sure that there is a distance of at least 10cm
between the earpieces with the ear pads (1) and the pacemaker or ICD.
