3.10.1 Running diagnostic tests
 Click Commands - Run Diagnostics. A warning message indicates that all users
will be disconnected.
 Click OK to begin diagnostics.
 All users are disconnected and the Diagnostics window opens.
 As each test is finished, a pass (green circle) or fail (red x) symbol is visible. The
test is complete when the last test symbol is visible.
