Note: A dry cotton cloth and dry cotton swab are required for these procedures.

Turn off and unplug the printer.

Open the printer’s rear cover.

If your printer has a duplex unit installed, you can access the printer’s rear cover
by opening the duplex unit rear cover and paper guide.
