: Setting the System Settings
To save battery power, you can set the <Auto Shut off> function which
turns off the Sports Camcorder if there is no operation for a certain
period of time.
1. Press the [PowEr] button to turn on the
Sports Camcorder.
◆ The Movie Record screen appears.
2. Set the System Settings mode by pressing
the [MoDE] button.
◆ The System Settings screen appears.
3. Move the [joystick] left / right to select
<Auto Shut off>.
4. Move the [joystick] up / down to select an
option, and then press the [joystick(oK)].
◆ <off>: Cancels the <Auto Shut off> function.
◆ <5 Minutes>: Automatically turns off after 5
minutes.
5. After you finish setting, move to the desired
mode by pressing the [MoDE] button.

✤ The <Auto Shut off> will not function when you connect the AC
Power Adapter to the Sports Camcorder.
The <Auto Shut off> functions when the battery pack is the only
power source.
✤ If the PC recognizes the USB device properly, the Auto Shut off
function will be deactivated.
✤ <Auto Shut off> will only function when you set this function in
System Settings mode.
✤ <Auto Shut Off> function is a power-saving feature that
automatically turns off the Sports Camcorder in a certain time
period for avoiding further power consumption. You can turn it on
again by pressing the [POWER] button.

Sports Camcorder einstellen:
Systemeinstellungen einstellen
Zur Stromeinsparung kann die Funktion <Auto Shut off> (Auto-
Abschalt.) eingestellt werden, die den Sports Camcorder abschaltet,
wenn er eine bestimmte Zeit lang nicht bedient wird.
1. Drücken Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste, um den
Sports Camcorder einzuschalten.
◆ Der Bildschirm Movie Record
(Videoaufnahme) wird angezeigt.
2. Stellen Sie den Modus System Settings
(Systemeinstell.) ein, indem Sie die Taste
[MoDE] drücken.
◆ Der Bildschirm System Settings
(Systemeinstell.) wird angezeigt.
3. Bewegen Sie den [joystick] nach links oder
rechts, um die Funktion <Auto Shut off>
(Auto-Abschalt.) auszuwählen.
4. Bewegen Sie den [joystick] nach oben
oder unten, um die gewünschte option
auszuwählen, und drücken Sie dann
[joystick(oK)].
◆ <off> (Aus): Die Funktion <Auto Shut off>
(Auto-Abschalt.) wird deaktiviert.
◆ <5 Minutes> (5 Min.): Das Gerät wird nach
5 Minuten automatisch abgeschaltet.
5. Nach Beendigung wählen Sie den gewünschten Modus durch
Drücken der Taste [MoDE].

✤ Während der Sports Camcorder über das Netzteil mit Strom
versorgt wird, ist die Funktion <Auto Shut off> (Auto-Abschalt.)
deaktiviert. Die Funktion <Auto Shut off> (Auto-Abschalt.) ist nur
aktiv, wenn der Akku die einzige Stromquelle ist.
✤ Beim Anschließen eines USB-Kabels an den Sports-Camcorder
wird die Funktion <Auto Shut off> (Auto-Abschalt.) nicht unterstützt.
✤ <Auto Shut off> (Auto-Abschalt.) steht nur zur Verfügung, wenn
diese Funktion im Modus Systemeinstellungen aktiviert wurde.
✤ Durch die Funktion <Auto Shut Off> (Auto-Abschalt.) wird der
Stromverbrauch des Sports-Camcorders minimert, indem er nach
einer bestimmten Zeit automatisch ausgeschaltet wird. Um den
Sports-Camcorder wieder einzuschalten, drücken Sie die Taste
[POWER].
