Mounting a Superdisk Drive Pack

• Do not install a Superdisk Drive Pack with a FDD cable (CF-VCF271). Mount it
into the multimedia pocket.
• When a Superdisk Drive Pack is installed, do not use a floppy disk drive pack with
aFDDcable(CF-VCF271).________________________________________________ ^
Power off your computer

Do not shut down using the suspend or hibernation mode.
In the suspend or hibernation mode, do not remove/change the multimedia pocket de
vice. Removing the device in the suspend or hibernation mode may damage the device.

Removing the device (Floppy disk drive) cover
(J) Turn your computer over and open the cover by
sliding the latch.
Press the MP release button. The device will eject
slightly.
Remove the device by holding both sides of the
device.

Please handle the device as shown (hold
ing both sides).
Otherwise, the device may be damaged.
Also, do not apply excessive downward
force on the device.
Installing the device (Superdisk Drive Pack)
Gently insert the device into the multime
dia pocket by pushing on both corners
until it clicks into place.
Do not install the device upside-down.
