Confirmation signal

The confirmation signal is issued on releasing the

PTT button.

This signals to the caller that you have ended transmission.

Activating/Deactivating the confirmation signal
Switch the walkie-talkie off. Press and hold the

button and,

while doing so, switch the walkie-talkie on again. If the confirma-
tion signal is activated, the

icon appears in the display.

Headset

You can use the headset enclosed with the equipment to be able
to work faster, for example. Clip the walkie-talkie on the belt so
that you have both hands free. Since the headset supplied is
equipped with an additional

PTT button, you can transmit simply

by using the

PTT button on the headset.

CAUTION: Excessive sound pressure from earphones and
headphones can cause hearing loss.

Automatic deactivation

The walkie-talkies can be set up so that they are automatically
switched off after a certain time. It can be set to 30, 60 or 90
minutes. The function is deactivated when the “0” setting is
selected.

Press the menu key 4 times.

Select the desired time.
Confirm with the

PTT button.

Stopwatch

The walkie-talkies can be used as stopwatches.

5 x

Press the menu key 5 times.

Start / Stop / Resume
