If necessary delete the phone number with
Clear, enter a new number using the digit
keys and press OK.

Message validity period: Press OK and
select the preferred validity period.

Status report: You can request a delivery
report of sent SMS (depending on network
provider). Press OK to toggle the acitivation
(mark in the checkbox)/deactivation.

Save sent messages: Press OK and
select, whether sent messages should be
saved or not.

Preferred storage: Press OK and select
SIM card or Phone.
Writing and sending a SMS
• Open
the
Menu (
▲), select Message -> Write
message -> OK.

Write your SMS using the digit keys. For more
information for entering text refer to chapter
“Using the phone / General“, page 71.
