The emergency call procedure is as follows:
• Enter up to a maximum of 5 numbers into the
number list.
• Press and hold the SOS button for 3 seconds to
initiate the process.
• The alarm will sound in the handset and the first
entry in the numbers list will be called. If the call is
answered the phone will switch to hands-free mode
and it will be possible to communicate with the call
recipient. The procedure will then be terminated.
• If there is no answer after one minute, the next
number will be called and so on until the last num-
ber entry has been called.
• This pattern will continue three times for each
entry. The procedure will terminate if the call is
answered at any time.
• If there still has been no answer then the phone
alarm will sound continuously for a further one
hour and the "User message" will be displayed.
• The SOS procedure can be terminated at any
time by pressing the End call key.
