6. Connect the other end of each power cord to a correctly grounded ac power
source.
7. Turn the monitor on by pressing the power switch. The power light comes on.
Notes:
a. When you turn off the monitor, wait at least five seconds before turning it on
again.
b. If you accidentally disconnected the power cords from the main outlet and
you connected it to the outlet again, the screen might flicker continuously. To
stop the flicker, press the power switch to turn off the monitor, then turn it on
again.
This completes the hardware setup.
