How to use the built-in wide panel
SUNPAK incorporates a
wide panel. This built-in
panel allows the flash
angle to be increased or
reduced and flash to be
diffused.
I f t h e p a n e l i s n o t
used, the flash angle
corresponds to a 35-mm
lens (135-size film equivalent). Using the panel allows the
flash angle to cover down to a 24-mm lens (135-size film
equivalent).
To use the built-in wide panel, slide it up, picking its top.
To house the panel, unlock and slide it down. Using the
panel causes a light loss of about one f/stop.
Power ratio set points
For the PF20XD, five power ratio set points, that is,
MAX, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32, can be selected. They
are positioned as shown below.
