6 Calls List
A total of 32 phone numbers can be stored in a calls list.
The caller number display function is an optional service offered by telephone network pro-
viders. Your telephone will show the number in the display if your telephone network provider
offers this service. Please ask your telephone network provider for further information. If this
service is not available, incoming calls will not be shown in the display.
Messages in the Display:
NO NUMBER The number has only been partially or incorrectly received.
OUT OF AREA /
LONG DISTANCE The particulars of the number are not available. This could have been
an international call.
PRIVATE The caller has suppressed the transmission of his telephone number
or it was not possible to transmit the number.
Displaying phone numbers in the calls list

Open the calls list and select an entry
Two different display messages indicate whether the caller has called once or several times.
Display Description
NEW The entry in the calls list is new.
The caller in the calls list has called several times.
Storing numbers from the calls list in the phone book
A phone number stored in the calls list can be transferred directly to the phone book.

The phone number is stored in the phone book without a name being assigned. Then enter a
name for the phone number.

When the number in the phone book is stored together with a name, the name entered
also appears in the calls list.
