Editing telephone book entries
Press the phone book key.
/ Select an entry.
Press the Menu/OK key.
/ Select one of the following options and con-
firm with Menu/OK:
New entry You can create a new entry.
Edit entry You can edit the entry. Use the key to
delete characters and numbers then add new
characters and numbers as required. Please
refer to “Creating a new entry“.
View The entry is shown. Use the arrow keys to
show telephone number and group.
Copy entry The entry is being copied to another regis-
tered handset. Select the internal number of
the desired handset. Press the Menu/OK key
