The telephone has a shared telephone book with 10 numbers
located in the base station and therefore available for all regis-
tered handsets.
Press the Menu/OK key.

Select Share PhBook and press
Menu/OK.

Select an entry and press
Menu/OK.

Select one of the following options and con-
firm with Menu/OK:
Show details
The entry is shown. Use the arrow keys to see
number and name.
Delete entry
The entry will be deleted.
Edit entry
You can edit the entry. Use the
key to
delete characters and numbers then add new
characters and numbers as required. Use this
item also to create a new entry.
Delete all
The complete list will be deleted after a confir-
mation query.
