Handset ringer / attention tones
Press the menu key.
/ Select
HS setting and press OK.
/ Select
HS sound and press OK.
/ Select one of the following options and press OK:
Ring volume
Select the desired volume (Off, 1…5 or 1…10 with amplifi-
cation activated / refer to the note on page 3) and press
OK.
Ext. ring
Select a melody for external calls and press OK.
Int. ring
Select a melody for internal calls and press OK.
Key tone
Select Off, On or Melody and press OK.
On: A beep is to be heard for every key press.
Melody: Depending on the pressed key different tones are
to be heard.
Low batt
Select Off or On.
On: An attention tone is given when the batteries are nearly
exhausted.
Out-of-range
Select Off or On.
On: An attention tone is given when the handset moves too
far from the base.
Setting the equalizer
Press the menu key.
/ Select
HS setting and press OK.
/ Select
Equalizer and press OK.
/ Select one of the following options and press OK:
Treble
Select this setting to increase the higher frequencies and
press OK.
Natural
Select this setting for a natural sound and press OK.
Bass
Select this setting to increase the lower frequencies and
press OK.
Setting the boost function
Press the menu key.
/ Select
HS setting and press OK.
