Answering machine
Taking a call from the answering machine
Once the answering machine has taken a call you can listen to the caller on
the base station (if “Call screen“ is activated).
If you want to intercept the call and speak to the caller, press
. The ans-
wering machine will stop recording.
Answering machine on/off / Select OGM
Press the menu key.

Ans machine and press OK.
/ Select
Answer mode and press OK.
/ Select
Ans and Rec (with recording), Answer only (wit-
hout recording) or Off and press OK.
OGM: check / delete / record
Press the menu key.
/ Select
Ans machine and press OK.
/ Select
OGM 1 (with recording) or OGM 2 (without recor-
ding) and press OK.
/ Select one of the following options and press OK:
Play OGM
The current OGM will be played via the handset’s loud-
speaker.
Delete
Your personal OGM will be deleted. The standard OGM
cannot be deleted.
Record OGM
Speak your personal OGM to the handset’s microphone
after the beep. To stop recording press OK. The answering
machine will playback the recorded OGM.
Record a memo
You can record memos for other users. These memos are considered an
incoming message that can be picked up later by the user. The max. recor-
ding time for a memo is 2 minutes.
Press the menu key.
