Internal calls

Internal calls, transfers and conference calls are only possible if multiple handsets are registered. If this is not the
case FAILED will be indicated on the display.
Making an internal call
Press the INT key (navigation ring
►). If two handsets are registrated to the base station the other
handset will be called immediately.
If three or more handsets are registrated to the base station they will be displayed (for example Hand-
set 2, Handset 3 etc.). Select the desired handset and press OK.
Brokering/Transferring an external call to another handset
During an external call . . .
Press the INT key (navigation ring
►) and select the desired handset if necessary.
The external call is put on hold. When the called handset answers you can announce the call transfer.
Press INT to toggle between the external and the internal call (Brokering).
Whilst connected with the internal subscriber press the On-Hook button. The external call will be
transferred.
3-Party Conference
During an external call . . .
Press the INT key (navigation ring
►) and select the desired handset if necessary.
When the called handset answers ... press CONF. The 3-party conference is established.

Any handset hangs up during a conference call will leave the other handset still in connection with the
external call.
If “Intrusion mode/Conference” is activated, see page 19, an addional handset registered to the same base is
allowed to intrude a current external call by simply pressing the Off-Hook button and with this establish a
3-party conference.
