Your phone can store up to 100 private phonebook entries with names and numbers. Always enter the phone
numbers with the area code; this enables a correct display of the respective caller for whom there is an existing entry
and whose phone number transmission to your connection is available.
Creating a new entry
Menu
Press Menu, select Phonebook and press OK.

Select Add new and press OK.
Enter the name (max. 14 digits).
Letters are also imprinted on the digit keys. Letters, digits and special characters are entered by pres-
sing the relevant key the respective number of times. After a short time the cursor skips one position
forwards.

Press and hold down (approx. 2 s) the # key to toggle between uppercase (ABC), lower case
(abc) and “First character capitalised” (Abc).
OK
Confirm with OK.
Enter the phone number (max. 24 digits). If your telephone is connected to a PBX start the telephone
number with the access code. If a dialling pause is needed, press after the access code the # key for
approx. 2 sec. A P appears in the display.
Save
Confirm with Save.
Editing telephone book entries
Menu
Press Menu, select Phonebook and press OK.

Select View and press OK.

Select an entry and press OK.
Edit
Press Edit to edit the entry. Use Clear to delete characters and numbers then add new characters
and numbers as required. Please refer to “Creating a new entry“.
Deleting telephone book entries
Menu
Press Menu, select Phonebook and press OK.

Select Delete all and confirm with OK. The complete list will be deleted after a confirmation query.
