Troubleshooting
The watch winder is not working / the rotary table (4) does not rotate

Check whether the on/off switch (11) is in position "0". Turn on the watch
winder by switching the on/off switch (11) to the position "1".

The power supply adapter (G) does not provide any power. First, try another mains
socket. If this is unsuccessful, the power supply adapter (G) may be defective. Replace it
with a new identical power supply adapter.

If you are operating the watch winder with batteries, check whether they are correctly
inserted. Only replace empty batteries with new batteries of the same type. Please pay
particular attention to the chapter "Inserting the
batteries " on page 9.

The rotation speed selector (3) is in the "OFF" position. Correct the setting.

The watch winder works through certain programme sequences, resulting from the
combination of selector positions. Rotations and pauses alternate during these
programme sequences. The watch winder may be just in a pause phase. In this case,
please pay particular attention to the chapter "
Programme sequence " on page 12.
The watch does not fit securely on the watch cushion (5)

Adjust the watch strap so that the watch fits securely on the watch cushion (5). If
necessary, use the supplied cuff (6) to secure your watch optimally on the watch cushion
(5).
The storage cushion (9) does not fit into the rotary table (4)

The storage cushion (9) is used to store another watch in the watch compartment (8). It
does not fit into the rotary table (4) due to its dimensions. Use the watch cushion (5).
