 Each of the 3 ceramic grinders can be infinitely adjusted between coarse and fine (see marking). To do this,
you have to select one of the spices using the arrow on the plastic ring. Then, after setting you can grind
the spice in the desired size.

When regulating the fineness to grind, take care to ensure that the correct chamber to be adjusted corres-
ponds with the arrow indicator (see point ).
„ Should the spice you are using come to an end, simply refill the appropriate chamber with the same or
another spice.
Tips
„ Do not put the spice grinder in the dishwashing machine or under running water.
„ All that is needed is to wipe over the transparent chamber on the outside with a soft damp cloth.
„
Should a foreign body find its way into one of the chambers or the grinding mechanism becomes blocked,
simply set the respective spice chamber in line with the arrow on the plastic ring, and screw-out the setting
device (the same as for setting the fineness) for the ceramic grinder situated at the base. Remove the cover;
remove the ceramic grinding mechanism, the spring with the black plastic guide and the washer. Remove
the foreign body and clean the grinding mechanism with a cloth or soft brush. Assemble all parts together
in the reverse order, i.e. first the washer, the black plastic guide, the spring and then the ceramic grinding
mechanism. Finally screw-on the setting device onto the threaded pin.

When the spice grinder can no longer be used, please dispose of it in the private household waste for collection
by the municipal waste disposal company.
