Operating other Pioneer
components
By connecting a control cord (optional), you
can point the remote controls of other Pioneer
components at the receiver’s remote sensor.
You can also use the remote control from this
unit to control a Pioneer DVD player. The
remote control signals are received by the
remote sensor of this unit, and sent to the other
devices via the
CONTROL OUT terminal.
POWER-CORD CAUTION
Handle the power cord by the plug. Do not pull
out the plug by tugging the cord and never
touch the power cord when your hands are wet
as this could cause a short circuit or an electric
shock. Do not place the unit, a piece of
furniture, etc., on the power cord, or pinch the
cord. Never make a knot in the cord or tie it
with other cords. The power cords should be
routed such that they are not likely to be
stepped on. A damaged power cord can cause
a fire or give you an electrical shock. Check the
power cord once in a while. When you find it
damaged, ask your nearest Pioneer authorized
service center or your dealer for a replacement.

Durch Anschließen eines Steuerkabels
(optional) können Sie die Fernbedienungen
anderer Pioneer-Komponenten auf den
Fernbedienungssensor dieses Receivers
richten. Sie können auch die Fernbedienung
dieses Geräts verwenden, um einen DVD-Player
von Pioneer anzusteuern. Die
Fernbedienungssignale werden vom
Fernbedienungssensor dieses Geräts
empfangen und über den
CONTROL OUT-
Anschluss an die anderen Geräte gesendet.
VORSICHT MIT DEM NETZKABEL
Fassen Sie das Netzkabel immer am Stecker
an. Ziehen Sie den Stecker niemals am Kabel
selbst heraus, und fassen Sie das Netzkabel
niemals mit nassen Händen an, da dies einen
Kurzschluss oder einen Stromschlag
verursachen kann. Stellen Sie das Gerät,
Möbelstücke usw. nicht auf das Netzkabel und
klemmen Sie das Kabel nicht ein. Machen Sie
niemals einen Knoten in das Netzkabel und
binden Sie es nicht mit anderen Kabeln
zusammen. Netzkabel sollten so gelegt werden,
dass niemand auf sie tritt. Ein beschädigtes
Netzkabel kann einen Brand oder einen
Stromschlag verursachen. Prüfen Sie das
Netzkabel von Zeit zu Zeit. Sollte es beschädigt
sein, wenden Sie sich an Ihre nächste
autorisierte Pioneer-Kundendienststelle oder
Ihren Händler, um es zu ersetzen.
