4. Attach the RS232 service cable to the Piggy-
Back connector as shown in the illustration on
the right. The service cable connector is in-
serted all the way to the left, all pins are in-
serted except the two on the right in the bottom
row (see right).

5. For connecting the Sunny Boy, Sunny Mini
Central or Windy Boy with the spare COM-
Port of your PC use the RS232 service cable.
Connect the DSUB9 Plug to a serial port of
your PC (e.g. COM1 or COM2).
How to use Sunny Data
1. Start Sunny Data.
2. Choose in the menu bar the item [Options] -> [Serial port].
