Install the light only on a stable surface
(e.g. masonry).

Before wall installation, check whether the
chosen wall is suitable to hold the light. If
necessary, you can obtain further information
from a specialist store.

Find out which installation material is suitable
for your wall before installing the light.
J
The light is supplied with installation material
suitable for standard, solid masonry.
J
Install the light so that it is protected against
extreme moisture, wind and dirt.
J
Do not install the light above a heat source.

Before installation
Important: the electrical connection must be made
by a qualified electrician or a person authorised
to perform electrical installations. This person must
be familiar with the properties of the light and all
connection regulations.

Before installation, please familiarise yourself
with the instructions and illustrations in this
operating manual and with the light itself.
J
Make sure that before installation there is no
voltage on the line you will be connecting the
light to. To do this, remove the fuse or switch off
the circuit breaker in the fuse box (0 position).
J
Check that there is no voltage using a voltage
tester.

Installation
Note: you will need an electric drill to install the light.

Remove the screws

unscrewing them in anti-
clockwise direction and place them

and the
washers

carefully on one side.

Position the mount bracket

on the wall and
mark the drill holes using a pencil or similar.
Use a spirit level to help you if necessary.

Drill the holes (ø 6 mm, depth approx. 35 mm).
Take care not to damage the connecting cable
when drilling.
j
Insert the dowels

into the drilled holes.
If necessary use a rubber hammer.

Screw the mount bracket

to the wall using
the screws

supplied.

To open the junction box

, unfasten the
screws

in anticlockwise direction.

Push the supply cable (external connection
from the house)

through the cable conduit
on the junction box

Connect the supply cable (external connection
from the house)

using the pre-assembled
wire terminal

to the connecting cable on
the light.
Note: make sure that you connect the individual
wires of the supply cable (external connection
from the house)

correctly: live conductor:
black or brown = symbol L; neutral conductor:
blue = symbol N; earthing conductor: green
and yellow = symbol .

Place the wire terminal

inside the junction
box

and replace the cover on the junction
box

. Tighten the screws

Place the light onto the mount bracket

Maintenance and cleaning

ELECTrIC SHOCK! Before carrying out any work
on the light, switch the electricity supply off at the fuse
box or remove the screw-in fuses from the fuse box.

ELECTrIC SHOCK! For electrical safety the light
must never be cleaned with water or other liquids,
or immersed in water.

Do not use solvents, benzene or similar products.

Allow the light to cool down for approx.
5 minutes before carrying out any work.

Use only a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the light.
j
The LEDs

cannot be replaced.
