5.1.4. Abdichtung Sealing
Um eine einwandfreie Funktion des Gerätes zu gewährleisten, stellen Sie sicher,
dass:
•
der Schaltschrank vollständig abgedichtet ist (mindestens IP54 nach EN
60529).
• eine gute Abdichtung zwischen Schaltschrank und Gerät erreicht werden
muss.
Falls erforderlich, ist hierzu die Montagefläche am Schaltschrank zu versteifen.
To guarantee that the unit works perfectly ensure that:
•
the control cabinet is completely sealed (to min. IP54 to EN 60529).
• a good seal exists between the control cabinet and the unit.
If necessary the cabinet mounting surface should be reinforced.
5.2. Montagehinweise Mounting instructions
Gefahr
Gefahr durch elektrische
Spannung.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass für den Zeitraum der Montage der Schaltschrank
spannungsfrei ist. Nehmen Sie deshalb vor der Montage den Schaltschrank
vorschriftsmäßig außer Betrieb und sichern Sie ihn gegen unbefugtes
Wiedereinschalten.
Sobald alle Vorbereitungen zur Montage getroffen sind, können Sie mit der
eigentlichen Gerätemontage beginnen.
Danger
Danger from electrical voltage.
Ensure that for the duration of the mounting operation the cabinet is
disconnected from the electrical supply. Therefore take the cabinet out of
operation, following the relevant instructions, before mounting work begins and
take all precautions to prevent premature reconnection of the cabinet.
When all mounting preparations are complete the actual mounting operation can
commence.
5.2.1. Gerät befestigen Mounting the unit
Für die Befestigung des Gerätes am Schaltschrank darf nur das beigefügte
Befestigungsmaterial verwendet werden.
Um das Gerät am Schaltschrank zu befestigen:
Richten Sie das Gerät am Schaltschrank aus.
Gerät ohne Kanal - schrauben Sie die M6 Muttern und Unterlegscheiben in
die M6 Schrauben im Gerät.
Gerät mit Kanal - schrauben Sie die M6 Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben in
die M6 Gewindenieten im Gerät.
Der Übergangswiderstand für den Potentialausgleich zwischen Schaltschrank und
Kühlgerät muss <0.1Ω betragen!
Only use the enclosed material to mount the unit on the cabinet.
Proceed as follows to secure the unit on the cabinet:
Set the unit up on the cabinet
Unit without duct - screw the M6 locknuts & washers into the M6 set screws
in the unit.
Unit with duct - screw the M6 screws & washers into the M6 threaded rivets
in the unit.
The resistance of the earth connection between cabinet and cooling unit must be
<0.1Ω.
