Replacing the friction blocks
WARNING
There is a danger of fingers being
squeezed in the clamping profile.
• Make sure that nobody can place
his/her hand in the clamping profile
when replacing the friction blocks.
PLEASE NOTE
A slightly prestressed spring may
jump out during dismantling and
enter a bore of the slide.
• Make sure that the spring integra-
ted in the friction lining is secured
during dismantling (e.g. by means
of a metal band (Z) between the
friction block and the clamping
profile).
The spring is situated in the friction
block with the magnet (see Fig. 26).
Zum Auswechseln der Reibklötze:
WARNUNG:
Finger können zwischen den Klemm-
profilen gequetscht werden
• Stellen Sie sicher, daß bei aus-
gebauten Reibklötzen niemand mit
den Fingern zwischen die Klemm-
profile greift.
HINWEIS:
Eine mit geringer Federkraft vorge-
spannte Feder kann sich bei der De-
montage ungewollt entspannen und
in eine Bohrung des Läufers schnap-
pen.
• Stellen Sie sicher, daß die im
Reibklotz integrierte Feder bei der
Demontage vor dem Heraus-
springen gesichert ist (z.B. durch ein
Metallband (Z) zwischen entspre-
chendem Reibklotz und Klemmprofil).
Die Feder befindet sich im Reibklotz mit
dem Magneten (siehe Bild 26).
