WARNING
Moving parts can cause injury to
fingers.
• Make sure that:
- nobody can place his/her hand
in the positioning range of the
clamping unit and the linear drive
- no objects lie in the path of the
clamping unit (e.g. by means of
a protective grid or screen)
WARNING
The friction linings will be subjected
to excessive wear if an attempt is
made to brake the speed.
• Make sure that the following points
are observed during clamping
cycles:
- the clamping will only be released
when the slide of the linear drive
is in one of the following positions:
a) the pressurized end position
b) when cylinder chamber is
pressurized on both sides
c) when the slide is in a stable
position (e.g. the lowest point)
d) when the slide is secured
externally (e.g. with moving
bolts)

Gliedmaßen können durch bewegte
Bauteile gequetscht werden.
• Stellen Sie sicher, daß niemand in
den Verfahrbereich von Klemm-
einheit und Linearantrieb greifen
kann und keine Fremdgegenstände
dorthin gelangen (z. B. mit selbst-
gefertigtem Schutzgitter).
WARNUNG:
Die Reibbeläge werden durch das
unzulässige Abbremsen der Ge-
schwindigkeit extrem verschlissen.
• Stellen Sie sicher, daß bei zykli-
schen Klemmungen folgende Vor-
gaben eingehalten werden:
- die Klemmung wird nur in folgen-
den Läuferstellungen des Linear-
antriebs gelöst:
a) der belüfteten Endlagenposition
b) bei beidseitig belüfteter
Zylinderkammer
c) der Läufer befindet sich in einer
stabilen Lage (z. B.: tiefster
Punkt)
d) der Läufer wird extern abge-
sichert (z.B. bewegte Bolzen)
