1 Product description
Eppendorf Cell Culture Consumables are suitable for cell growth and cultivation. The plates are suitable for
conducting cell-based assays. The Cell Culture Consumables are available, depending on the type of cell, with
different coating types:
•
Eppendorf Cell Culture Consumables with surfaces covered with Tissue Culture are designed especially for
adherently growing cells.
•
Eppendorf Cell Culture Consumables with CellRepel surfaces are particularly suitable for cells which are
meant to grow in suspension without attaching themselves to the surface.
The products are designed for single use in routine, research and training labs in the bioscience, industrial and
chemical fields. They are intended for use by trained specialists only.

Reagents, consumables contaminated by reagents and materials used for cleaning and disinfecting
must be disposed of in accordance with laboratory regulations.

Hint!
For filling the gaps between the wells, we recommend a filling volume of 5 mL – 6 mL. Use a buffer to which
a medium or detergent has been added, e.g., PBS with 0.1 % Tween-20.

Die Eppendorf Cell Culture Consumables sind für die Anzucht und das Kultivieren von Zellen geeignet. Die Platten
eignen sich für die Durchführung von zellbasierten Assays. Die Cell Culture Consumables sind je nach Zelltyp mit
verschiedenen Beschichtungsarten erhältlich:
•
Eppendorf Cell Culture Consumables mit Tissue Culture behandelten Oberflächen sind speziell für adhärent
wachsende Zellen ausgelegt.
•
Für Zellen, die in Suspension wachsen sollen ohne sich an die Oberfläche anzuheften, sind insbesondere
Eppendorf Cell Culture Consumables mit CellRepel-Oberfläche geeignet.
Die Produkte sind für den einmaligen Gebrauch in Routine-, Forschungs- und Ausbildungslabors der
Biowissenschaften, Industrie und Chemie konzipiert. Sie sind nur für die Verwendung durch ausgebildetes
Fachpersonal vorgesehen.
