• The Glass Bottom Dishes are individually packaged and sterilized with ethylene oxide gas.
• The dish is glued with non-toxic adhesive to the cover glass.
Eppendorf Glass Bottom Dishes are equipped, depending on version, with a 12 mm or
27 mm glass bottom. The 12 mm dishes are available with or without grid. The dishes
are suitable for growing, manipulating and microscoping cells. The glass bottom of the
Glass Bottom Dishes is a plane surface which provides for a precise microscoping or
manipulation of cells. The dish with the grid in the bottom is specially designed for the
recovery of individual cells. Glass Bottom Dishes are designed for single use in routine,
research and training labs in the bioscience, industrial and chemical fields. They are
intended for use by trained specialists only.
 Only use optically perfect and undamaged products.
 Reagents, consumables contaminated by reagents and materials used for cleaning and disinfecting
must be disposed of in accordance with laboratory regulations.
 Depending on the cell type, coat the glass surface of the slide with an appropriate biological surface
(e.g. collagen) to support the attachment and growth of the cells.
 Organic solvents may affect the integrity of the adhesive. Avoid organic solvents such as methanol,
ethanol, acetone or chloroform from coming into contact with the Glass Bottom Dishes.

a grid (1) in the bottom. The grid interval has a
width of 150 —m.
For using the grid, turn the marking (2) to the right
so that the nomenclature can be read under the
microscope.

• Die Glass Bottom Dishes sind einzeln verpackt und mit Ethylenoxidgas sterilisiert.
• Die Schale ist mit nicht-toxischem Kleber an das Deckglas geklebt.
Die Eppendorf Glass Bottom Dishes sind, je nach Variante, mit einem 12 mm oder
27 mm großem Glasboden ausgestattet. Die 12 mm Schalen sind mit oder ohne
Raster erhältlich. Die Schalen sind für die Anzucht, Manipulation und Mikroskopie von
Zellen geeignet. Der Glasboden der Glass Bottom Dishes ist eine planare Fläche, die
das präzise Mikroskopieren oder Manipulieren von Zellen ermöglicht. Die Schale mit
dem Raster im Boden ist speziell für das Wiederfinden von individuellen Zellen
ausgelegt. Die Glass Bottom Dishes sind für den einmaligen Gebrauch in Routine-,
Forschungs- und Ausbildungslabors der Biowissenschaften, Industrie und Chemie
konzipiert. Sie sind nur für die Verwendung durch ausgebildetes Fachpersonal
vorgesehen.
 Nur optisch einwandfreie und unbeschädigte Ware verwenden.
 Reagenzien, mit Reagenzien verschmutzte Verbrauchsartikel und zur Reinigung und Desinfektion
benutzte Materialien nur entsprechend den für das Labor erlassenen Vorschriften entsorgen.
 Je nach Zelltyp die Glasoberfläche des Objektträgers mit einer geeigneten biologischen Oberfläche
beschichten (z. B. Kollagen), um das Anheften und Wachsen der Zellen zu unterstützen.
 Organische Lösungsmittel können die Integrität des Klebers beeinträchtigen. Bringen Sie keine
organischen Lösungsmittel wie Methanol, Ethanol, Aceton oder Chloroform mit den Glass Bottom
Dishes in Berührung.
