to provide a reasonable measure of pro­
tection against such intarfarenca. However, this does not
guarantee that Intarferanca will not
occur.
If your Portasound PSS -480 should be suspected of causing
Interference with other electronic devices, verification can
be made by turning your PortaSound PSS-480 off and on.
if the Interference confinuas when your PartaSound
PSS-480 is off, the PortaSound PSS-480 is not the source
of the Intarferanee. If your PortaSound PSS-480 does ap­
pear to be the source of the /nterfersnee, you should try
to correct the situation by using one or more of the following
measures:
Relocate either the PartaSound PSS-480 or the elec­
tronic device that Is being affected by the Interference,
Utilize power outlets for the PartaSound PS5-^0 and
the device being affected that are on different branch
(circuit breaker or fuse) circuits, or install A/C Una filters.
In the case of radio-TY /ntar/ereoce, raiocata the an­
tenna or, if the antenna lead-in is a 300 ohm ribbon lead,
change the tead-ln to a co-axial type cable.
If these corrective measures do not produce satis­
factory results, please contact your Authorized Yamaha
Consumer Products dealer tor suggestions and/or cor­
rective measures.
