Cooking Vegetables
Use this function cook the vegetables described in the table below.

• Select the Cooking Vegetables function with the Function selection keys
.
• Select the Food group with Parameter selection keys . The respective
symbol and display start blinking.
• Press the Confirmation key to validate the duration. The display and
symbol stop blinking.
• Press the Start key . The oven will start to operate.
• The following table shows the Cooking Vegetables programmes, indicating
weight intervals, and cooking and standing times (in order to ensure the
food is of a uniform temperature).

When placing the food on the ovenwaretake care to not place the pieces on
top of one another.
Cut the food in pieces as similar in size as possible.
Do not fill the food more than 3 cm high in the ovenware.
