The AS-DLP-... will only function as ex-
pected if there are no transverse loads.
If fastening the AS-DLP... to the position-
ing cylinder,
S use the clamping jaws supplied with the
product.
When fastening a positioning unit,
S use the adapter sleeve which is already
fitted.
S Place the AS-DLP-... together with a
clamping jaw on the DLP-... in accordance
with Fig. 3.
S First tighten the screws of the clamping
jaw.
Tightening torque: 2 Nm.
S Place the clamping jaws for further fixing
on the dove-tail guide.
At least two clamping jaws are necessary
on the dove-tail guide for reliable fasten-
ing.
When fitting together with the DLP-... ,
S fasten the DLP-... in the intended position.
At first, the AS-DLP-... will still require an
unused connecting rod 3 for adjustment.
S Complete the commissioning of the
DLP-... in accordance with the relevant
operating instructions.
S Fasten the connecting elements to the
connecting rod.
