Each accompaniment style has a "normal" tempo value that
you can recall at any time by pressing both the TEMPO ◄
and ► buttons simultaneously. Since style 00 (DANCE 1) is
automatically selected when the POWER switch @ is turned
on, the tempo is automatically set to 140 beats per minute,
the normal tempo for this style, at that time.
4.3 Setting the Tempo with Tap Start
There’s another way to set the tempo, one which you can
use when you start the Auto Rhythm Accompaniment (rather
than before or after). When you use the Tap Start function,
the DD-8 will give you a count into the rhythm as you set the
pace.

Jeder Begleitstil enthält einen vorprogrammierten Tempowert, den
Sie jederzeit durch gleichzeitiges Drücken der TEMPO-Tasten ^
und ► abmfen können. Da der Stil 00 (DANCE 1) immer
automatisch aufgerufen wird, wenn Sie den POWER-Schalter 0
aktivieren, wird das Tempo hier ebenfalls automatisch auf 140
Taktschläge pro Minute eingestellt. Dies ist nämlich das normale
Tempo für diesen Stil.
4.3 Tempoeinstellung mit TAP/START
Es gibt auch noch eine andere Möglichkeit das Tempo einzustellen.
Sie können sich dieser Möglichkeit bedienen, wenn Sie die
Begleitautomatik in Gang setzen (also weder vorher noch nachher).
Wenn Sie die TAP/START-Funktion verwenden, zählt das DD-8
ab, während Sie das Tempo einstellen.
