Eine Schutzbeschaltung gegen induk-
tive Spannungsspitzen ist im Schalter
integriert.

Stellen Sie sicher, daß die Anschluß-
kabel folgendermaßen verlegt sind:
- quetschfrei
- knickfrei
- dehnungsfrei
Inbetriebnahme
•
Stellen Sie sicher, dass im Transport-
bereich der Nutzlast:
– sich niemand unter der Nutzlast
befindet
– sich keine Fremdgegenstände
befinden (z.B.: durch Schutzgitter).

Vermeiden Sie lange Schlauchleitun-
gen und große Volumen zwischen
Nutzlast und Vakuumsaugdüse.
Ein großes Volumen führt zu langen
Evakuierungszeiten und möglichen
Einstellfehlern am Vakuumschalter.

Make sure that the cables are:
- not squashed,
- not bent,
- not stretched.
Commissioning
•
Make sure that:
– nobody is standing under the work
load or in the area in which it is to
be transported
– no objects lie within this path (e.g.
by providing a protective grill).
•
Avoid long tubing and large volumes
between the work load and the vacu-
um suction nozzle.
A large volume leads to long evacu-
ation times and possibly to incorrect
settings on the vacuum switch.
