Bei VADMI-...-LS-P/N :
5. Prüfen Sie, ob der Saugvorgang im
Taktbetrieb ist (Taktbetrieb = Aus- und
Einschalten der Vakuumerzeugung).
Andernfalls drehen Sie das Potentio-
meter für den Vakuum-Schaltpunkt

gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, bis die Va-
kuumerzeugung unterbrochen ist.
Die Taktfrequenz ist ein Maß für die
Vakuum-Leckage an der Nutzlast
(hohe Taktfrequenz = hohe Leckage).
Zur Einstellung der Hysterese (unterer
Schaltpunkt) bei VADM(I)-...-P/N
6. Entfernen Sie das Werkstück. Falls die
LED noch leuchtet reduzieren Sie die
Hysterese gegen den Uhrzeigersinn,
bis die Schaltpunkt-LED erlischt. Prü-
fen Sie anschließend durch wiederhol-
tes Entfernen der Nutzlast, ob die
Nutzlast sicher festgehalten wird und
die LED wie folgt reagiert:
– LED leuchtet: Nutzlast angesaugt
– LED leuchtet nicht: Nutzlast entfernt.

5. Check whether the suction process is
operating at fixed intervals (pulsed
operation = vacuum generation
switched on and off continually). If this
is not the case, turn the potentiometer
for vacuum switching point

anti-clockwise direction until vacuum
generation is interrupted. The pulse fre-
quency is a measure of the vacuum
leak on the work load (high pulse fre-
quency = high leakage).

6. Remove the work item. If the LED still
lights up, reduce the hysteresis in an
anti-clockwise direction until the
switching point LED goes out. By re-
moving the work item again, check
whether the work load is held firmly
and whether the LED reacts as fol-
lows:
– LED lights up: work load is held
– LED does not light up: work load
removed.
