Für alle Varianten:
1. Belüften Sie die VADM..-...
Dem Eingangsdruck sind folgende
Größen zugeordnet (siehe Kapitel
Kennlinien):
– Luftverbrauch
– maximales Vakuum
– erzeugter Schallpegel
– Evakuierungszeit
2. Positionieren Sie die Vakuumdüse mit
dem Saugnapf an der Nutzlast.
3. Bestromen Sie die elektrischen An-
schlüsse für die Vakuumerzeugung ®
mit Gleichstrom (Versorgungsspan-
nung Ub = 24 V DC).
Die Nutzlast wird durch das Vakuum
angesaugt.
Zur Einstellung des oberen Schaltpunkts
(SP) bei VADM(I)-...-P/N
4. Schauen Sie, ob die Schaltpunkt-LED
leuchtet.
Andernfalls drehen Sie das Potentio-
meter für den Vakuum-Schaltpunkt

gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, bis die LED
leuchtet.
Das Erreichen des Sollwert-Vakuums
(oberer Schaltpunkt) löst das Umschal-
ten der Ausgänge des Vakuumschal-
ters aus.
The following applies to all variants.
1. Pressurize the VADM..-... . The follow-
ing variables are assigned to the input
pressure (see chapter ”Characteristic
curves”):
– air consumption
– maximum vacuum
– noise level created
– time required for evacuation
2. Position the vacuum nozzle with the
suction cup on the work load.
3. Apply DC voltage to the electric connec-
tions for vacuum generation ® (supply
voltage Vb = 24 V DC).
The work load is held by the vacuum.
Setting the upper switching point (SP)
on the VADM(I)-...-P/N
4. Check whether the switching point LED
is alight.
If this is not the case, turn the poten-
tiometer for vacuum switching point

in an anti-clockwise direction until the
LED lights up.
When the nominal value vacuum is
reached (upper switching point), the
outputs of the vacuum switch will be
switched.
