MIDI Synchronization
If you will be using the DD-14's Auto Accompaniment
function in combination with a MIDI sequencer, you will want
to synchronize the DD-14 to the sequencer so that they are
both running on the same timing pulse.
You can do this by pressing the RECORD @ switch while
holding down both of the PAD/PEDAL ASSIGN buttons
When you do so, the message "on" will appear in the display
to indicate that the DD-14's MIDI synchronization function
has been turned on.

Die Nachricht "on" die dadurch auf der Anzeige erscheint,
bedeutet, daß die Synchronisationsfunktion Ihres DD-14
eingeschaltet wurde.
Dies können Sie erreichen, indem Sie die RECORD-Taste @
drücken, während Sie dabei beide PAD/PEDAL ASSIGN-Tasten
@ pressen. Wenn Sie dies tun, erscheinen auf der Anzeige die
Buchstaben "on", um anzuzeigen, daß die
Synchronizationsfunktion eingeschaltet wurde.

same buttons to display the "oF" message,
Wenn Sie das DD-14 nicht mit einem externen Gerät
synchronisieren wollen, müssen Sie diese Funktion ausschalten.
Betätigung derselben Tasten läßt die Nachricht "oF" im Display
erscheinen.
