Recording Chords in Realtime
The DD-12 will automatically activate the Auto Bass Chord
function whenever it enters record ready mode. Strike the
percussion pads

to play chords as you record, referring to
the chord symbols (D next to the pads to determine which
ones are appropriate.
You can play different types of chords by first hitting the pad
corresponding to the root of the chord, and then quickly
playing another pad corresponding to the desired chord type.
Holding the foot pedal while playing a pad causes the chord
for that pad to be sharped (i.e., raised by a semitone). The
available chord types and corresponding pads are listed in
the table below.
Akkorde in Echtzeit aufnehmen
Beim Aktivieren der Aufnahmebereitschaft schaltet das DD-12
automatisch die Baß/Akkordautomatik ein. Spielen Sie auf den
Schlagflächen (5), um während der Aufnahme Akkorde zu
programmieren. Die Akkordsymbole neben den Schlagflächen
zeigen die verfügbaren Akkorde an.
Sie können verschiedene Arten von Akkorden spielen, indem Sie
zunächst auf die Schlagfläche, die dem Grundton des Akkords
entspricht und gleich danach auf eine andere Schlagfläche, die der
gewünschten Akkordform entspricht, schlagen.
Wenn das Fußpedal gedrückt wird, während Sie eine Schlagfläche
bespielen, wird aus der betreffende Akkord transponiert (d.h. einen
Halbton erhöht). Die verfügbaren Akkordfonnen und zugehörigen
Schlagflächen sind in der Tabelle unten aufgeführt.

To play a B minor chord, for example, you would play PAD 7
(B chord) and PAD 5 (minor) in rapid succession.
When recording chords in realtime, try to hit chords just
before the beat on which you want them to start. If you hit
them on rather than before the beat, they will be recorded
too late.
Any chords you play will continue until you play the next
chord or stop the recording.
Zum Beispiel, um einen B-Moll Akkord zu spielen, müssen Sie
zuerst Schlagfläche 7 (B-Akkord) und gleich danach Schlagfläche
5 (Moll) anspielen. Bei der Aufnahme von Akkorden in Echtzeit
müssen Sie den Akkord kurz vor dem gewünschten Taktschlag
programmieren. Wenn Sie die Akkorde nämlich genau auf dem
Taktschlag eingeben, werden sie zu spät aufgenommen. Alle
Akkorde werden so lange weitergespielt, bis Sie den nächsten
Akkord eingeben oder die Aufnahme beenden.
