Bedienung und Betrieb
• Stellen Sie sicher, daß im Verfahr-
bereich der SLM
- niemand in die Laufrichtung der
beweglichen Masse greifen kann
- und keine Fremdgegenstände dorthin
gelangen.
Erst wenn die Masse zum völligen Still-
stand gekommen ist, soll ein Greifen
an den SLM möglich sein.
• Stellen Sie sicher, daß die beschleu-
nigte Masse stets sanft abgedämpft
wird.
Sonst reißt die magnetische Kupplung
ab. Bei senkrechtem oder schrägem
Einbau führt das zum Abwärtsgleiten
der beweglichen Masse.
Wartung und Pflege
• Reinigen Sie bei Bedarf das Zylinder-
rohr mit einem weichen Lappen.
Zulässige Reinigungsmittel sind alle
werkstoffschonenden Medien.
Operation
• Make sure that:
- all operating personnel are clear of
the positioning range of the SLM
- there are no objects in the path of
the movable load.
Manual intervention of the SLM should
not be possible until the movable load
has come to a complete standstill.
• Make sure that the accelerated mass
is always cushioned gently.
Otherwise the magnetic coupling may
disengage. If the drive is fitted in a ver-
tical or diagonal position, this could
cause the load to slide down.
Maintenance
• Clean the cylinder barrel with a soft
cloth as required.
Any cleaning agent which does not
damage the material is permitted.
