Funktion und Anwendung
Im MPYE-... wird der Ventilschieberhub
proportional zu einem vorgegebenen
Sollwert eingestellt. Das analoge, elek-
trische Eingangssignal bewirkt eine
stufenlose Verstellung des Ventil-
schiebers. Das MPYE-... steuert da-
durch den Volumenstrom:
- in Größe (kontinuierliche Drossel-
funktion) und
- in Richtung (5/3-Wege-Funktion).
Das MPYE-... dient bestimmungsgemäß
zur Geschwindigkeits-Steuerung und
zum Positionieren eines Zylinders.
• Stellen Sie sicher, daß hochfre-
quente Einstrahlungen (z.B. durch
Funkgeräte, Handtelefone oder son-
stige störaussendende Geräte) vom
MPYE-... ferngehalten werden.
So vermeiden Sie erhöhte Toleran-
zen der Durchflusskennwerte (vgl.
hierzu die Angaben zur EMV im Kapi-
tel Technische Daten).
• Verwenden Sie das MPYE-... nur im
Industriebereich.
Function and application
In the MPYE-... valve, the valve-slide
stroke is controlled proportionally to a
specified setpoint. The analogue electri-
cal input signal produces a stepless var-
iation of the flow rate.
The MPYE-... thus controls the flow rate
as regards its
- magnitude (continuous throttle-valve
function) and
- direction (5/3-way function).
The MPYE-... has been designed for
controlling the speed and position of a
cylinder.
• Make sure that all high-frequency
devices (e.g. walkie-talkies, portable
telephones and other devices which
produce interference) are kept away
from the MPYE-... .
In this way you can avoid increased
tolerances of the flow characteristics
(refer to the specifications on EMC in
the section "Technical specifica-
tions").
• Use the MPYE-... only in industrial
environments.
