6. Configuration
Input, measuring range, signalling and diverse parameters can be
configured, see data sheet TE 32.03 respectively. The transmitters
are delivered with a basic configuration or configured according to
customer's specifications within the given configuration possibilities.
With the later case, input and measuring range is given in clear text
on the rating plate. Amendments to configuration should be noted on
the rating plate with a waterproof fibre tipped pen.
For the configuration of the T32 a simulation of the input
value is not required.
A sensor simulation is only required for the functional test.
To configure the transmitter, both configuration software and a
HART ® modem (HART ® modem) are needed.
WIKA offers  different models of HART ® modem for this.

 HART ® modem with RS232 interface and ATEX, Model 01000,

The HART ® modem may also be used in conjunction
with other configuration software (see item 6.1.2).
