Für das Befestigen der Nutzlast sind Nuten-
steine erforderlich (Maße siehe Bild 26).
Definition:
Bewegliche Masse = Nutzlast
+ Läufermasse
+ zusätzliche Massen (z. B. Nuten-
steine der Nutzlast etc.)
•
Vollziehen Sie die Inbetriebnahme
anhand der Bedienungsanleitung des
integrierten Linearantriebs/der ver-
wendeten Näherungsschalter.
•
Starten Sie einen Probelauf der be-
weglichen Masse mit geringer Läufer-
geschwindigkeit.
•
Prüfen Sie zusätzlich im Probelauf,
ob
– die Masse der Nutzlast
– die Beschleunigung der
beweglichen Masse
– Position der Näherungsschalter
zu verändern sind
– der Durchlauf des gesamten vorge-
sehenen Verfahrzyklus korrekt ist
– der Sicherheitsabstand h ausrei-
chend ist (nur bei DGE-...-HD-...).

+ slide mass
+ additional masses (e.g. sliding
blocks of the work load, etc.).

Complete commissioning as des-
cribed in the operating instructions
for the linear drive and the proximity
switch.
•
Start a test run with the moveable
mass, sliding slowly.
•
During the test run, check whether
the following must be modified:
– the mass of the work load,
– the acceleration of the moveable
mass,
– the positions of the proximity
switches
– the complete positioning cycle.
