The moment compensator FKP is intended to be used as a connecting piece
between the moment compensator (A) of the drive DGP and the load to be
moved.
2. Assembly
2a. Moment compensator FKP-18

• Centre the pin 3 in the hole
of the moment compensa-
tor (A).

• Push a retaining ring 4 into
the groove (B) on each side
of the pin

• Push a slip piece 2 onto
each side of the pin

• Press the moment compen-
sator profile
1 into the
grooves of the slip pieces

• Remove the moment com-
pensator (A) of the drive DGP
as follows:
–
Unscrew the screws (C).
–
Pull the adapter (D), com-
pression springs (E) and
scrapers (F) off the moment
compensator (A).

• Centre the pin 3 with the
notch upwards in the hole of
the moment compensa-
tor (A).

• Push a slip piece 2 onto
each side of the pin

• Put the scrapers (F) onto
both sides of the moment
compensator (A).
• Position the compression
springs (E) in the scrap-
ers (F).
• Put the adapter (D) on the
compression springs (E) and
the scraper (F).
• Tighten the screws (C). Ob-
serve the permitted tighten-
ing torque M

the moment compensa-
tor (A).

each side of the pin

• Press the sleeve (G) into the
hole.
• Tighten the screw (H). Ob-
serve the permitted tighten-
ing torque.
