2. Assembly

• Place the sensor plate 1 on

the cushioning mount (A) in
the groove (B).

• Turn the socket head

screw 4 with the washer 3
just lightly at first.

• Fasten the sensor plate 2

on the cushioning mount (C)
accordingly.

• Turn the two proximity sen-

sors 5 just far enough into
the sensor plates 1/2 that
they do not collide with the
stop lever (D)

Note

In order not to damage the screw connection on the sensor plate 1/2
during assembly or adjustment of the proximity sensor 5:
• Be sure to use an open-ended spanner hold (F) ! SW12 to hold the

sensor plate 1/2 while tightening the lock nut (E).

• Turn the stop lever (D) to the

position of the proximity
sensor 5.

• Turn the proximity sensor 5

into the sensor plate until it
operates reliably

• Fasten the lock nut (E) using

spanner (F) while holding the
sensor plate 1/2. Maintain
the permitted tightening
torque

• Position the sensor

plate 1/2 using the
elongated hole so that the
proximity sensor 5 operates
reliably.

• Tighten the socket head

screw 4. Maintain the
permitted tightening torque.
