The toggle lever locking on stopper cylinder DFST-... is intended for snapping
the toggle lever in the end position when it presses through.
Caution
Danger of injury due to uncontrolled movements!
Before assembly:
• Exhaust the device and the system

• Insert the sleeve 2 into the
hole.
• Push the spring 4 onto the
sleeve 2.

• Position the locking plate 1
on the clevis foot (A).

• Turn the screw 3 at first
slightly on the clevis foot (A).
• Insert the sleeve 5 into the
hole.
• Tighten the screw 6.
Maintain the tightening
torque.

• Tighten the screw 3. Main-
tain the tightening torque.

For
locking:
• Press the toggle lever (B)
into the end position until it
snaps into the locking
plate 1.

For
unlocking:
• Pressurize the stopper
cylinder (C) so that the
piston rod moves
downwards and thereby
unlocks the toggle lever.

• Insert the sleeve 7 into the
hole.
• Push the spring clip aJ onto
the sleeve 7.

• Push the pin 4 into the
groove on the locking
plate 1.
• Position the pin 4 with the
locking plate 1 in the
intended hole in the clevis
foot (A).

In order to facilitate assembly:
• Push a block (B) under the
locking plate 1 to prevent
pin 4 from falling out.

• Turn screw 9 with spring
washer 8 at first slightly
into the clevis foot (A).

• Stretch the wire of spring aJ
under lug (C) on the locking
plate 1 (
!magnifying
glass).
• Now remove block (B).

• Insert the sleeve 2 into the
hole.
• Tighten screw 3. Maintain
the tightening torque.

• Tighten the screw 9.
Maintain the tightening
torque.

• Turn screw 5 and the
washer 6 into the stopper
cylinder (D).

For
locking:
• Press the toggle lever (E)
into the end position until
pin 4 snaps into the step on
the toggle lever.

For
unlocking:
• Pressurize the stopper
cylinder (D) so that the
piston rod moves
downwards and thereby
unlocks the toggle lever
(
!magnifying glass).
